David Michael Clarke : Images from my life
This blog contains selected images from my everyday life and holidays. I do not wish to bore 'the public' with my full personal album. This privilege I reserve for my family and friends. I also see no need to duplicate my artwork. You can find all that on my art site. However, there is always this smudged line between life and art, and some images have made the voyage from one to the other. Enjoy
Pauline's Visit [October 2008]
Pauline and Elise, and their respective families came for the weekend. A lot of children, a lot of noise.

Ile de Re [October 2008]
A weekend sailing trip from La Rochelle to St Martin on Ile de Re. Somehow I forgot to bring my camera, so I spent the weekend playing with my telephone! It seems to take ok pictures, although there is some 'haziness' here and there in the images.

St Gilles Croix de Vie [August 2008]
Vendee in August. My definition of hell. The less said the better. My advice is - don't go. But if you have to, walk as far from the beach as your legs will carry you. We managed to find a little sailing school tucked in the esturary. It had a little artificial beach. Not a soul in sight. It was perfect.

Caen [August 2008]
4 days in Caen to work with Sylvain on the new electronic cover versions for
postgods. During this time we took many breaks, strolling around the neighbouring quartiers.
